Basic steps:
1) Register for ArtCall & include your profile photo, or login if you have registered previously.
Note: "Application Title" is your own name or your business name.
2) Apply for given show and upload 4 images of artwork,
3) Wait for jury status notification (approximately 24 hours)
4) Login to your ArtCall account to pay for your booth.
OUTDOOR BOOTHS:
SET UP: Thursday July 21 (7-11am) you can begin selling as soon as you're set up!
SHOW HOURS: Thursday, Friday & Saturday - July 21, 22, 23 - 12noon-7pm Thursday & 10-7pm Friday/Saturday

OUTDOOR BOOTH Space
Artist provides their own tent gear, corner weights, table, hangers, and insurance.
Outdoor Booth fees and commission:
$100 - 10’x10’ space with 10’ between booths for maximum viewing area.
$120 – 10’x10’ shared space
$140 – 10’x20’ double booth space
10% Commission - all outdoor booths – Submit at end of show with 3-part receipt book (provided)
INDOOR BOOTH SPACE – Midway Town Hall - Set up 7am-noon, July 21 - Artists & Staff together
AATS provides each artist with: Gridwall, Lights, up to 10 hangers, zip ties, and electrical cords for lights.
$60 fee - Full booth display 4'x8' space - two sided grid-wall plus plus two end sections (4' wide x 7' tall).
$40 - half booth display - one side of grid-wall (8'wide x 7' tall) plus one end section (4' wide x 7' tall)
Entry fees are non-refundable unless the entire show was to be cancelled.
15% commission - booth sales made by the artist
20% commission - booth sales processed through the front desk -
Commission due with receipt book at end of show - AATS front desk Town Hall.
Bring a small table (no larger than 18x24”) cover to the floor – chairs available on site
Artist provide their own swiper for sales, business cards, and so forth.
Artists collect and report their own sales tax. AATS submits names of all artists to the tax commission.
Sales Tax ID: Get your tax ID number in advance, it's easy: https://tax.utah.gov/training/
AATS will contact you after registration and payment about your booth space location.
Order of payment determines 'first come' location choices.
