Linda Susette Gertsch

Susette has painting most of her life.  However, the idea to become a professional artist and art teacher came to her in a flash of insight, when she was a junior in high school.  Since that day she has continuously pursued art training, and excellence in painting and teaching.  Susette holds a teaching credential, a bachelors degree, and a masters degree in fine art (drawing and painting). Her career as a professional artist has now spanned over four decades.  And, for the past 22 years she has sponsored events and organized experiences for other artists of all skill levels.  Currently, she is building Art Around The Square as a fine arts festival event in Midway, Utah where she has lived 22 years. She believes that the sky is no limit and that if creative doors are closed, they can and will be open wide by innovators.  Susette's passion is to foster and enrich the cultural and creative lives of every possible soul in their unique abilities.
